Today was RE story day at Woodborough School and Lime Class’s story was ‘Joseph’. We read several versions or the story and watched some clips of Joesph and his Technicoloured Dream Coat. We then made our own story books.
We then planned and made props for our drama story telling, which we shared with the rest of the school at the end of the day.
Jacob gives Joseph his special coat of many colours.
His brothers push him in a well.
They sell Joseph to passing merchants
In Egypt Joseph tells the pharaoh’s cupbearer his dream is good.
Joseph tells the pharaoh that he needs to store food while they have plenty.
The pharaoh makes Josepha Governor.
Meanwhile Joseph’s family are starving and come to Egypt to buy food.
Joseph recognises them and they all live happily together in Egypt.
