Yesterday we all went to the Wyvern theatre to see Gangster Granny. It was fantastic, everyone really enjoyed it. Especially Mrs Chapman, who laughed and then cried and even danced at the end!
Thank you to Logan and Skye and Mattie’s mummies for coming to help.
Today was our Harvest and Welcome Service. This was themed around ‘Our Wonderful World’. We were asked to think about the tree and changing seasons.
We printed the leaves on our trees; thinking about how the colours would change throughout the year. We also read and acted out ( text mapped) a poem called ‘Summers Coming To An End’ by Jaymie Gerard.
Katelyn, Molly, Ollie and Alfie read our prayer. Well done everyone.
Don’t forget:
Our trip to the Roman Baths on Wednesday 5th October
Spellings on Monday, maths homework for Tuesday (shape) and English for Wednesday (Boudicca).
We also have Miss Elsden joining Lime Class, from Bath Spa University, until the end of January.
Have a lovely weekend.
Sounds like you a had a great time at the play guys. What’s this I hear about the queen having a little bit of wind? Well I never – I was shocked – I thought the queen didn’t do things like that!!!!!
What a busy and enjoyable time you are all having. I would have liked to see Mrs Chapman dancing! Welcome Miss Elsden.
